Food & Mood (Bondi Beach Radio)


In case you didn’t know, food changes your mood. How we feed our bodies triggers emotions that feel like they come from nowhere. Processed foods aim at making us feel good, but not give us any other benenfits. Food is also a social connector, so we acquiesce to foods availabe for the occasion, social pressures, culture, lcoality, and/or price point. But you can’t neglect what your body needs. All diets focus on unrefined source produce, no matter where you are, and Shivaun Conn, who is Discovery Health Coaching, is all about getting you back on track to how and where to nourish your body.
